    Windows 11 Taskbar Styler is a third-party Windhawk mod, not a Microsoft feature. Windhawk mods modify Windows components at runtime, so I would not describe any such mod as completely risk-free.

    If you choose to use it, install Windhawk and the Taskbar Styler only from their official sources, keep Windows Security enabled, and avoid modified installers from download sites. Also keep in mind that Windows updates can occasionally break compatibility with taskbar customization mods.
