A professional diagramming tool that helps users visualize complex information through easy-to-understand diagrams.
Dear @J. Liao
Since Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes lightweight Visio web capabilities, you can access Visio directly through your work account.
How to Access Visio for the Web
Option 1: Direct Web Link
- Navigate directly to visio.cloud.microsoft.
- Sign in using your Microsoft 365 Business Premium work credentials.
Option 2: Via Microsoft 365 App Launcher
- Sign in to microsoft365.com with your work account.
- Select the App Launcher (the 9-dot grid icon in the top-left corner).
- Click All apps and select Visio from the list.
Option 3: Via OneDrive or SharePoint
- Go to your OneDrive or SharePoint document library.
- Click + New at the top and select Visio drawing to create a file immediately.
Important Troubleshooting Notes:
- License Verification: If the Visio tile does not appear in your app launcher, ask your Microsoft 365 IT Administrator to verify that the Visio for M365 license component is enabled under your assigned Business Premium subscription.
- Capabilities: The Visio web version included with Microsoft 365 Business Premium supports core flowcharts, block diagrams, and basic shapes. Advanced diagramming features (such as UML, cross-functional flowcharts, or the Visio desktop application) require a standalone Visio Plan 1 or Visio Plan 2 add-on license.
