I teach 5 different real estate courses. I use power point to design each unit for each class. I have all of the power point presentations on one large folder. I want to make separate folders for each real estate class power point. It's time consuming to open up this large folder and look for the units for the class I am teaching. How can I make a folder just for the one class. there are usually about 14-22 units for each course.

Thanks,

Greg

All file management operations are provided by the operating system, not by the programs, themselves. You'd do best to check in with Apple support for tips on how to automate the process, assuming there is a common criteria for the various groups. These are some OS fundamentals to point you in the right direction:

Finder - Sort and Arrange****Organize files in folders on Mac - Apple Support

Also, see Mac Help on the use of Automator.
