Cannot access Outlook on Web/App/IOS Mail

I cannot access outlook on web browser on chrome or brave, cookies and cashe have been cleared, outlook app on windows isnt updating anything and i am not able to send email through ios mail app.

This is only happening this 1 of my 3 hotmail accounts
i can sign into microsoft accounts and onedrive, only mail/outlook dosnt work.

Also i dont have a password as i use microsoft authenticator app to log in which still worksimage

There is a problem with the mailserver. (Also for outlook.com accounts)
