GIGABIT S.A.L (AS29070), ISP in Lebanon. Operator sign-up fails with

"Your ASN is already in use…"

Origin identified:

Date: 4 April 2026, 04:51 UTC — verification code issued to our PeeringDB NOC address ******@gigabitpro.net

Tenant: c0e51fc9-4b17-434a-9b56-611ab40dac5c (MohamedHkoubarhotmail.onmicrosoft.com)

Resource: /subscriptions/0ec0e5be-7ab5-4c8b-9f32-a88417723972 /resourcegroups/leb-ggb /providers/Microsoft.ConnectedCache/ispCustomers/leb-ggb-isp-01

That subscription was a short-lived test and has since been deleted.

It returns 404 from within its own tenant, and az account list --all

returns only our current subscription. There is nothing left to delete.

We wish to re-register under subscription

Request: please clear the stale backend ASN registration for AS29070.
