Getting this error when trying to sign into outlook from web page, phone and computer app on surface pro. I changed local app data (%LocalAppData%\Microsoft) Olk and Oneauth to Olk_old and Oneauth_old as one fix said to do. It didn't work, so I deleted the "old" files then did a clear of the cache (olk.exe --clearLocalState). I still get this error. Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden. Any other ideas?

Yes, there seems to be an outage at Microsoft right now. I don't know much about it, since I don't use Outlook myself. But as a moderator I have resurrected quite a few posts like yours tonight. Hopefully things start working in a couple of hours.
