Logging into Microsoft Account without Internet Connectivity

I have set up a PC for my church to use. Unfortunately, the church has no internet connection, and without it I can not log into my Microsoft account - meaning the PC will not start. How do I log in without the internet?

Create a local user account.

If the computer will be used exclusively by your church I suggest you make sure the local account is an administrator and then remove your account.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

If you're setting up a computer for an organization or another person, NEVER use your own address as the username. Create a new one. You should reset the computer to factory settings or perform a clean install of Windows so that nothing of yours is left on the computer. If you wanted to allow them to use your subscriptions or software, that's probably not legal. They need their own licenses.
