I am contacting you regarding a Microsoft certification exam voucher that I accidentally redeemed on my Microsoft account instead of my sister’s account.

The voucher belongs to my sister ( Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst), but I mistakenly entered/redeemed the voucher code while I was signed in to my own Microsoft account. This was an honest mistake, and I would like to know if the voucher can be transferred or reassigned to my sister’s Microsoft certification profile.

The voucher has not been used to take an exam.

Could you please help me correct this mistake and ensure that my sister can use her voucher on her own certification account?
