Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
Hi,
Congratulations on getting your Microsoft for Startups application approved.
According to the current Microsoft for Startups documentation, program-related support requests are submitted through the Azure Portal by going to the startup homepage and selecting Your Microsoft Team → Get program support:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/startups/microsoft-for-startups/mfs-program-support
However, if the Your Microsoft Team / Get program support section is completely missing from your approved startup experience, this appears to be a portal/account-specific issue rather than a normal support navigation issue.
I would recommend first confirming that you are signed into Azure Portal with the same Microsoft account that was used for the Microsoft for Startups application and that you are opening the actual Microsoft for Startups startup homepage rather than a normal Azure subscription overview.
If the option is still missing after confirming the correct account and startup profile, I would raise this as a Microsoft for Startups program/portal access issue and provide your startup/application details to Microsoft Support. Avoid posting your Tenant ID or other sensitive account information publicly; provide those details only through an official Microsoft support channel.
You can also refer to the Microsoft for Startups overview here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/startups/microsoft-for-startups/overview
My recommendation: Don't post your Tenant ID or private business information in the Q&A thread. First verify the correct Microsoft account/startup profile, and if Get program support is still unavailable, request Microsoft for Startups Program Support through an official support channel for account-specific assistance.
