Our Microsoft for Startups application recently got approve (a few days ago).

But we have a few questions and thus would like to get program support mentioned here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/startups/microsoft-for-startups/mfs-program-support

But unfortunately I can't see this mentioned in docs on our Azure Portal at all (from docs) -

  • Go to the Azure portal
  • Navigate to your startup homepage
  • In the Overview tab, locate the box titled Your Microsoft Team
  • Select Get program support

Any help to connect with relevant would be really helpful.

If the Your Microsoft Team tile or Get program support option is not visible yet, use these supported paths:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal and check the startup Overview page again. Approved startups access credits, benefits, technical guidance, and program support from the Azure portal.
    2. If the approval was only a few days ago, allow for portal updates to finish. The startup application guidance notes that some account and credit updates can take up to 24 hours after account creation, while application approval is typically reviewed within three business days.
    3. For program-related questions, support requests must be submitted through the Azure Portal. The documented path is:
      • Go to the Azure portal
      • Navigate to the startup homepage
      • In Overview, find Your Microsoft Team
      • Select Get program support
    4. If the issue is specifically about technical guidance rather than program operations, use the same Your Microsoft team section to request technical guidance from the support team.
    5. If the portal experience is not showing the startup support entry points, use Azure Support directly in the Azure portal for account, billing, subscription, or product issues:
      • In Azure portal, open Help + Support
      • Select Create a support request
      • Choose the category that best matches the issue

Program Support is intended for program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems. It does not directly handle Azure service outages, production debugging, architecture design, or performance tuning.
