the page for Azure pipeline releases does not load for the past 2 hours at least
there is no indication in status for outage

Per the final update on that event (Birendra Acharya, 8/31/2026, 3:56 PM EDT), the issue is fully mitigated.

Since the fix was a service-side revert rather than anything on your end, the Releases page should load normally again without any change to your organization or browser. If it still doesn't load for you now that the event is closed, that would point to something outside the incident — in that case, trying a different browser or a private window first helps separate a cached client session from a service problem, and it's worth noting the exact URL and time so it can be looked at separately.

For future events like this, https://status.dev.azure.com/ is the place to check, and the per-event page keeps the running updates and the final mitigation note.
