Azure for Students blocked after GitHub Student Pack verification – NUML Pakistan

Hello Microsoft Support/Moderators,

I am a full-time student at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Pakistan.

My GitHub Student Developer Pack is already verified, and the Microsoft Azure benefit is visible in my GitHub Education account.

I followed the official GitHub → Microsoft Azure connection flow. After connecting GitHub, Microsoft attempted to create the Microsoft account using my university email:

******@numls.edu.pk

However, Microsoft shows:

“Account creation has been blocked. We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of a Microsoft account.”

I also tried the direct Azure for Students academic verification flow. There, my university domain numl.edu.pk shows:

“Your email domain is not currently registered with us.”

The School Name field also does not retain National University of Modern Languages (NUML), so I cannot complete academic verification.

I have already tried both my home Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the account-creation block remains.

I have never activated Azure for Students before.

My GitHub Student Developer Pack is verified and the Azure student offer is available to me.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to the Azure for Students/Subscription Management team and review the account-creation/academic-domain issue?

I can provide my NUML student ID, university email verification, GitHub Education verification, screenshots, and any other information required.
