“My new laptop shows Office Home 2024 under ‘Included with device’ with a ‘Claim’ button. When I click Claim, it opens Word, but after signing in, Word only gives me options to buy Office or enter a product key. I was not given a product key. How can I claim and activate the Office Home 2024 license that is included with my device?”
