I cannot find the download for Visual Studio 2019 community or 2022 community

only the latest version of visual studio community is available for download from Microsoft. this is because only the latest is supported. on the internet you might find a link to an earlier version that works, but you should download the supported version.
note: as suggested you can download earlier paid versions of Visual Studio which are still supported, but you need a subscription.
