Did anyone else notice the misspelling of performance?
No, if you can't spell, I'm not using Edge as default browser

Thank you for reporting this. Could you please share a screenshot showing the misspelling and let us know where it appears in Microsoft Edge?

Please also open Edge > Settings > About Microsoft Edge and provide the version number. This will help determine whether the typo is limited to a particular Edge version or page.

You are correct. The word“performance” is misspelled as“perofmance” in the “Set Edge as your default browser” message.

This promotional content may be delivered separately from the installed browser version, so updating Microsoft Edge might not immediately correct it. Please report the typo by pressing Alt + Shift + I in Edge, attaching the screenshot, and selecting the option to include diagnostic data.

That will send the report to the Edge team for review.
