My files getting blocked.i cant even open MS word and and my tdm-gcc file got uninstall

• What happens when you try to open Microsoft Word? Do you receive any error messages? If yes, please provide the exact error message.
• When you say your files are being blocked, what type of files are affected (.docx, .exe, .zip, etc.)?
• Can you open the file in Word for web if the file extension is .docx?
• Regarding TDM-GCC, was it previously installed and working on this device? Are you referring to this? https://jmeubank.github.io/tdm-gcc/download/ If yes, this is a third party application and it is not Microsoft native product.
