Thank you for reaching out, I understand that the Auto Refresh function is currently not showing in your environment. Unfortunately, there is currently no published date for when it will permanently return in Beta Channel builds. Since this release on Beta Channel, Insider feature can be rolled out, modified, temporarily removed, or even withdrawn based on feedback and testing, in case you're not seeing it right now could be due to Microsoft has temporarily withdrawn the feature to provide a patch/fix at the moment, and could be release on a later update.
Since the Insider program is not designed for regular use, it is for developer, and Microsoft would encourage users/developer who currently enroll in the Insider program to give Feedback about their experience.Thank you for your understanding.
