Printer Envy Series 4500 refusing to print or scan using Windows 10

My printer has been working OK until yesterday. It suddenly it would not print or scan. Have tried all the help suggestions but nothing works. And I have urgent print jobs to process.

The best option is to completely uninstall your printer, then restart (not shut down) your PC and go to the support page for your printer on the HP website to download and reinstall the version of printer drivers, firmware and associated software they provide for your printer model.
