My Azure account has been incorrectly bound to a tenant that does not actually exist.

My account shows no tenants in the “Switch Directory” page, but at the same time it appears to be inside a tenant where I have no permissions. Currently, I cannot create a new tenant, nor can I leave this non‑existent tenant. Whenever I sign in to the Azure portal, it continuously throws errors. The Azure support request page also fails to load and cannot be used at all.

When I click “Sign in again,” it shows the following message:

“The selected user account does not exist in the tenant ‘Microsoft Services’ and cannot access the application ‘e6694c91-1590-4e35-9bb7-b865c638b9c1’. The account needs to be added as an external user to that tenant first. Please sign in with a different Azure Active Directory user account.”
