    Hello, thank you for reaching out.

    When you say you “turn off” the laptop, do you mean you select Start > Power > Shut down, or do you close the lid or press the power button?

    Could you also share a screenshot of the Battery usage graph?

    To find it, go to Start > Settings > System > Power & battery > Battery usage > Battery levels.

    Please take a screenshot and upload it here. This will help me check the total screen-on time, as well as the time spent in sleep mode.
