Microsoft for Startups - Milestone 3 not unlocking; "Your Microsoft Team" / Get Program Support missing from Azure Portal

I'm enrolled in Microsoft for Startups (joined after May 29, 2026, using the Azure Portal experience). We completed Milestones 1 and 2 and used the full $5,000 in credits granted.
We believe we meet the Milestone 3 requirement ($25,000): 5+ distinct Azure workload types with continuous spend for 70+ days.
However, we now see: "This account can't be used for Microsoft for Startups credits."
Per the official FAQ, program support requests should go through Azure Portal → Microsoft for Startups → Overview → Your Microsoft Team → Get program support. This section does not appear anywhere on our Microsoft for Startups Overview page. We also tried aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal, which redirects back to sign-in without reaching a working support form.
