Azure for Students verification blocked and support portal returns AADSTS16000

I am a full-time student at Université Ibn Zohr in Morocco and have an approved GitHub Student Developer Pack.

Azure for Students displays: “You do not have access. Our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access.” No Azure subscription was created.

When I try to contact Azure Support, the portal returns AADSTS16000 because my personal Microsoft account does not exist in the “Microsoft Services” tenant. Therefore, I cannot create a normal support request.

Please escalate this for manual academic-verification review/reset or provide a support route that does not require an existing Azure subscription.
