NVIDIA Inception $5K Azure benefit | startup verification failed and Program Support missing

am an accepted NVIDIA Inception member and redeemed NVIDIA's $5,000 Microsoft Azure Cloud Credits partner benefit.

NVIDIA confirms that the benefit request was submitted to Microsoft.

Microsoft created my Startup account and provided the initial $200 Azure credit, but business verification subsequently failed with:

“We couldn't verify your startup.”

There is no reason provided, document-upload option, resubmission option, or “Your Microsoft Team / Get program support” section in the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience.

I also used aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal. After authentication it simply redirects me back to the same Azure Microsoft for Startups page.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification and reopen the verification so I can provide the required legal documentation privately?

I can provide:

  • Certificate/Articles of Organization
  • EIN documentation
  • registered company address
  • domain ownership
  • proof that LiveYou is a software product developed and owned by MacSoft LLC
  • NVIDIA Inception membership and $5,000 benefit confirmation

I will provide business documents privately to an authorized Microsoft representative.
