MS Office 2019 was deleted during Windows 11 repair. How can I get it reinstalled?

If you had to reset the Windows installation (for some reason), you lost any software which wasn't preinstalled. It won't be limited to Office.

Regarding Office, you can fortunately reinstall from your associated account. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services (as Sumit already pointed out).
