    If you had to reset the Windows installation (for some reason), you lost any software which wasn't preinstalled. It won't be limited to Office.

    Regarding Office, you can fortunately reinstall from your associated account. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services (as Sumit already pointed out).

    If you have a one-time payment license and you experience activation issues, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/activation/activate-microsoft-perpetual-products-using-the-product-activation-portal .
