While attempting to run an ISO report, there are 5 pages to complete. 2nd page where u enter loss address and primary insured address, etc., u then press "next button", to 3d page well, here's the problem: you should be able to get an "edit" to save necessary date whereby not having to retype insured name, loss address, insured's primary address, which is often different, telephone #, and email. Consequently, I have to re-enter all of the above data again. Oddly though after above did not allow edit to save what's needed, then asks "save data" well now that's way too late b/c I had to manually enter info on the page where data should have been saved. A report should take me 5/6 minutes tops and continues to slow me down.

It sounds like the information entered on page 2 is not being carried forward correctly to page 3. Because this behavior appears to occur within a specific reporting website or web application, the issue may be related to how that site saves and passes data between pages rather than Microsoft Edge itself. Similar cases have been reported where certain websites do not retain form data correctly in Edge even when browser autofill features are enabled.
As a troubleshooting step, could you test the same workflow in another browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) and see if the data is retained correctly? If the problem only occurs in Edge, try clearing the site's cached data, testing in an InPrivate window, and ensuring Edge is fully up to date. If it persists, consider submitting feedback through Edge > Help and feedback > Send feedback so the Edge team can investigate.
Since this is a public forum, we can only provide troubleshooting guidance and cannot investigate or modify the report website itself. If the issue occurs across multiple browsers, you may need to contact the website/application owner for further assistance.
I should've mentioned it happens with chrome as well...everything has been updated (co. just sent me a new HP EliteBook. clearing my history caches and update always...thanks for your quick response.
