Instead, certification records are associated with your Microsoft Certification profile and can typically be accessed through your Certification Dashboard or transcript.

Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft Learn or Certification profile using the Microsoft account that was used when you earned the certification.
2. Review your Transcript and Certification History sections. Although MTA certifications have been retired, previously earned certifications should remain available in your certification history.
3. If you took the exam through Certiport, sign in to your Certiport candidate account and check whether the certification record is available there, as some legacy MTA records may be maintained through Certiport.
