Low audio on samsung laptop when using headphones, windows 11 home

Hi, when i use headphones with my galaxy book4 edge snapdragon plus x, i cant turn the volume above 37, the prompt shows, i click allow but it still wont go louder.

Please can someone help? its using qualcom audio not realtek.

    Check if you have any audio console software installed. Check if there are any Ear protection settings and disable it.

    If that didnt work, fully uninstall the qualcom audio driver in the Device manager and any software related to the audio driver.

    then restart the computer.

    Hi Good day,

         This audio problem is likely related to the audio driver or output device settings. 
    
    • Press the Windows key + R Type in mmsys.cpl then click OK. select the current ouput device headphone and click Properties. Check each tab Disable or uncheck all enhancements and disable any Ear Protection settings.
    • Try to rollback the audio driver in the Device Manager Press the Windows key + X Open Device Manager Expand Sound, video and game controllers. Open the audio driver properties Then Rollback the driver. Restart the computer.
