Microsoft project management software used to plan, manage, and communicate a project schedule and other information among workgroup members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
This usually happens in Word mail merge when that label line is being treated as static text and then copied to every label, instead of using merge fields and the next-record behavior.
Use this fix:
- In the first label only, insert the address fields for all lines instead of typing the repeating line as plain text.
- Select Mailings > Update Labels.
- Press Alt + F9 to show field codes.
- Check that every label after the first starts with «NextRecord» before the merge fields.
- Select Preview Results and confirm each label now shows a different address.
- Finish the merge with Finish & Merge > Edit Individual Documents or print.
If the problem is only that one address line is repeating across the page, that line is likely not inserted correctly in the first label before Update Labels was used.
If creating a full page of identical labels was intended, Word can do that from Mailings > Labels > Full page of the same label. But for different addresses, use mail merge fields in the first label and then Update Labels.
