Big trouble signing in and playing Minecraft

I believe I have a problem with my acount. Whenever i try to launch minecraft on ps5, it gets stuck at the start. Where you can either play minecraft, acces to realms and customize your character. In the down left corner of the screen it keeps saying signing in but nothing happens. Every other games ive played where you need a microsoft acount has worked perfectly fine. I checked my xbox acount to see if there was anything wrong but no. I have been trying to fix this for about 4 months now but still nothing. Can anyone help me?

    • Does any error code appear after waiting or cancelling?
    • Was this PSN account previously linked successfully to Minecraft?
    • Can the same Microsoft account sign in to Minecraft on another device?
    • If you previously played on PS4, are you using the same PSN account?
