Unable to reschedule AZ-104 exam using AI Skills Fest Voucher (Error: Voucher is Expired)

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with rescheduling my AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator exam, which is currently scheduled for August 31, 2026.

I applied a 100% discount voucher received from the Microsoft AI Skills Fest (Voucher code: MSS1293G0CDD).

According to the official voucher confirmation email provided by Pearson VUE:

• "You must schedule your exam prior to August 18, 2026 and the exam must be delivered by October 18, 2026."

However, when I try to reschedule my appointment to September via the Pearson VUE dashboard, the system throws the following error:

"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted with a voucher and the voucher has restrictions (MSS1293G0CDD). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: The voucher is Expired and can no longer be used."

Since the official confirmation email explicitly states that the exam can be delivered up to October 18, 2026, this appears to be a system configuration issue with the voucher expiration policy in Pearson VUE.

Could you please assist me in extending/adjusting the voucher validity or manually rescheduling my AZ-104 exam to a later date in September 2026?
