Unable to receive Roblox verification emails since December 2025

I have been using Roblox for almost a decade now and have always had the same email verified on the account and had 2FA enabled to send verification codes to my Outlook email. I was always able to receive them completely fine up until about December of 2025 or the beginning of 2026. I try to log in to my Roblox account and the 2FA popup shows up and no matter what I do I never receive the verification code. I have tried every single solution I could possibly find online, adding Roblox emails to my safe senders list, making sure I don't have them in my subscriptions list or blocked senders making sure there are no rules interfering, etc. I have tried contacting Roblox but their new automated email system will not do anything at all to help me, because their support tickets (for some godforsaken reason) require a verification code sent to the email used in the ticket even though the whole issue is that I CAN'T receive these codes. Using an alternate email in the ticket and then providing proof of ownership with billing receipts from the past and whatnot does absolutely nothing because their automated email system disregards anything I say to it if the ticket wasn't verified from the email on my Roblox account.
I even contacted Microsoft support, twice, through the support chat and the first time the person wanted to gain remote access to my computer for some reason (Even when I was on the completely legit support website/chat) and of course I said no because my device isn't the issue. The second time I was told that the only way to resolve it would be for Roblox to fix it on their end by contacting the Microsoft Engineering team or something, which of course isn't possible because Roblox only uses automated emails now as of August 2026 and I don't get any real feedback from them at all. So, I am completely stuck out of my Roblox account in every way just because of the fact that Outlook for some reason decided after 2025 it would no longer receive verification codes to my email.

    You are not alone. Just a sample of similar recent reports.

    Did you use the Outlook Web In-App path to Chat? This path usually puts you in the outlook.com Support que, not the general Outlook que. Sometimes this will get you an agent who will check your tenant on the backend (instead of mucking around on your PC) to see if there anything about your account that is blocking the emails.

    • Logon to https://outlook.live.com/
    • From the main menu: Help -> ? Help
    • {This should open the Help side panel}
    • Search Help -> {Your problem} and press Enter
    • Still need help? [Yes]
    • If you get "We're here to help": Tell us your problem -> {Your problem, again} [Get Help]
    • [Sign In] {Use any Outlook/Microsoft account}
    • Choose a support option -> Chat with a support agent in your web browser

    If you can't get thru to Roblox Support to change your registered email address

    Then sorry, but I have no other suggestions.
