Already Reported each post individually and the Profile. All were deemed "that it was not a violation of our terms".

All the post are the same. The text isn't any worse than many others I've seen. But each post ends with a link to a personal web site. Delete the whole post or just remove the link. You're call.

I don't understand. I received 5 emails that all say "not a violation" before I made this post. Do they send out these emails before they have even looked at the contents or have taken action?
Might have been some kind of caching/server issue.
But I can assure you that I did manually clear your 5 reports on 5 posts by that profile in 5 different threads.
I, as a Moderator, have access to certain history tools which support my prior statements. Other Moderators can check on that too.
Please understand that I can't reveal anything more ;)

If my five Reports had not been acted on yet - Why did I get 5 emails telling me that "it was not a violation"?
If this is "just how things work" - Digital Safety sends out an "it was not a violation" email before they even look at the reported post (like insurance companies auto reply "Claim Denied") and I have to wait and check the post later to see if they have actually been acted on. I'm OK with that. Just want to know how things work.

Reported posts go to Mod Tools Dashboard.
Reported profiles go to Digital Safety which
are the e mails you are getting.
Really shouldn't be reporting posts and
profile in this instance. Just report the posts
and the Mods will deal with those.

Checked the next day and the Comment was Deleted. All good.
But I still got an email from Digital Safety saying "not a violation" (below). That's what has been confusing me.
Hence forth I will always report the post (not the profile) and just ignore the emails, or not check the "Notify me" box on the Report dialog.
Would be helpful if these nuances were noted somewhere on the Q&A Report page?
