I am trying to activate my Azure for Students benefit, but I am stuck in an endless loop due to bugs on the Microsoft portals.
When I go to the Azure verification page, the "School Name" dropdown is completely empty/broken. It will not load any universities.
Because I bypassed the broken field, the system locked my session with a "You do not have access" error.
I cannot submit a support ticket because all links redirect me to the Engage Center, which blocks me because I don't have an active tenant yet.
Tier 1 consumer support (Case #7107952742) just tells me to call a US 1-800 number, which I cannot do from Pakistan. I need an Azure engineer to manually validate my session and attach the subscription to my account (******@outlook.com).

An Azure service that is used to implement corporate governance and standards at scale for Azure resources.
Just following up on this. My Azure for Students verification is still completely blocked by the empty school dropdown bug, and the Engage Center loop prevents me from opening a standard ticket. Can an engineer please review Case #7107952742 or send a secure ticket link?
