Cursor is stuck on the windows 95 cursor

So after an update, i restarted my computer and the cursor got longer, instead of the aero cursor. i said "what" and asked chatgpt, checked for solutions and even when i changed the cursor in the control panel, and in the settings menu, but it still failed.
