This can happen when Dragon is not communicating properly with the Word add-in. Nuance recommends checking the Dragon compatibility module when commands or Full Text Control stop working in Word.

If you are using Dragon 16, make sure it is fully updated, then close both Word and Dragon and restart Dragon before opening Word. Dragon 16 specifically includes fixes for Word integration issues.

If the error continues, try Dragon's Dictation Box as a workaround. If that works normally, it points more strongly to the Word integration/add-in rather than your microphone or Dragon profile.

Thanks, but I made a mistake. It is Dragon Professional individual 15 that I am using. It works well with WordPerfect, but with Word. I can click the problem away and it works for short time, but then it comes back.
