Hi ---,
I wanted to check whether you've had a chance to try the AI Answer's suggestions and whether they helped remove the account.
If the account is still appearing, could you let me know what happens when you select it? For example, do you see a Disconnect or Remove option or do you receive any error messages? A screenshot of the expanded account entry would be helpful.
As an additional step, you can check Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials and remove any credentials associated with the affected account, then restart the PC and see if the account is still listed. Sometimes cached credentials can cause an account to continue appearing even after it has been disconnected.
As a separate note, Windows 10 reached end of support on October 14, 2025. If this device is still running Windows 10, I recommend planning a move to a supported version of Windows to continue receiving security updates and support.
I look forward to your update.
