Unable to contact Credentials Support and missed certification renewal

My Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification expired on 24 June 2026.

I have successfully renewed certifications in previous years, but I do not recall receiving any renewal notification for this certification during the renewal window.

I am trying to contact Microsoft Credentials Support. However, the Credentials Support link redirects me to Engage Center, where I receive the message "No Access" and do not have access to any workspace.

Could someone please advise:

  1. How I can contact Credentials Support when Engage Center access is unavailable?
  2. Whether Microsoft can verify if renewal notifications were sent to my account?
  3. Whether any exception process exists when a certification expires after a missed renewal notification?
