why my minecraft login didnt work

when i press sign in on my minecraft mobile app and it shows up the login, when i already login with my microsoft account and press continue it immediately open the minecraft app but when i check its still says sign in and also it didnt login my minecraft account and it didnt says any error and i already try over and over again but somehow still didnt login. i already erase my cache and follow the tutorial and also didnt work. can you please help me i want to play with my friends, thank you.

    4. Try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data before signing in again.
    5. Open a browser on the phone, sign in to your Microsoft account, stay signed in, then return to Minecraft and try again.
