Hi Mike, if your subscription is active but Copilot is still showing Free Plan, it may be an entitlement/account synchronization issue.

First, verify that the Microsoft account signed into Copilot is the same account that owns the subscription. You can also sign out of Copilot, sign back in, and refresh the Microsoft 365 license from Word/Excel → File → Account → Update License if you're using Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps.

If the subscription is correctly associated with the account and Copilot still shows Free, I’d recommend contacting Microsoft Support and asking them to check/refresh the Copilot entitlement on your account.
