We need to also set up a QA environment that will be associated with our AZURE.Gov subscription.

Who/how do we do that?

TIA

Use an administrator account to provision a new resource group or a separate non-production subscription within the Azure Government Portal.

The person performing the setup should be an Azure Account Administrator or Subscription Owner with administrative rights over the organization's Azure Government tenant and Microsoft Entra Government directory.

Sign in specifically to the Azure Government Portal using your government cloud credentials. From the portal, go to Subscriptions to verify your existing subscription or add a distinct non-production subscription if you want stronger isolation between production and QA environments.

To create the QA environment, select Resource groups from the portal menu, select Create, choose the appropriate Azure Government subscription, and give the resource group a descriptive name such as rg-qa-environment.

Once the resource group has been created, you can provision the QA networking, compute, databases, and other required resources within it.
