Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi Moore,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm very sorry that you're experiencing this situation. I truly understand how frustrating and angering it is when you suddenly lose your important invoices.
Since you have checked your OneDrive Recycle Bin (you mentioned it as restored trash) but cannot find any recoverable files, the best next step I would recommend is to immediately contact your company's IT department and ask for their help. The Microsoft 365 administrator can help you check the second-stage Recycle Bin for your OneDrive site. Files removed from the first-stage Recycle Bin may still be available there, but users may not have permission to see or restore them.
Also, your administrator can help check the audit logs for bulk deletion, folder movement, synchronization activity, or unauthorized access, and then help you preserve and restore all recoverable items before the retention period expires.
In case you do not know who your IT admin is, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
I hope this helps point you in the right direction. If you have any updates or additional questions, feel free to reply back and I'll do my best to assist further.
Hope you're able to get all of your files recovered soon.
