Process Explorer 17.13 driver ambiguity

Whenever a new version of Process Explorer is released I always delete the existing PROCEXP152.sys driver so that the new version will extract the most current driver from its resources and copy it to the System32\drivers folder.

After following this procedure when updating to version 17.13 I noticed the following -

Process Explorer version 17.12 Properties

procdetail1712

and

procsig1712

I was surprised to see that the PROCEXP152.sys driver for 17.13 did not contain the expected property information.

The same information for Process Explorer 17.13

procdetail1713

and

procsig1713

Note that version 17.13 of procexp64.exe installed a driver identified as file/product version 17.12, even though the digital signature was newer than the signature from the 17.12 installed driver.

So is this just a cosmetic discrepancy?

Also, the Copyright and Legal Trademark strings in the version 17.13 properties contain garbage characters. Obviously, this is only cosmetic.
