Hi Evan Nguyen
No one in the Microsoft Community can cancel subscriptions or access your account.
From your screenshots, your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription shows as expired on January 24, 2026, and there does not appear to be an active Fortnite Crew subscription listed under Microsoft Services & Subscriptions. If Fortnite still shows "Subscribed" but asks you to "log in to the platform you subscribed to receive your subscription benefits," it may be a synchronization or account-linking issue rather than an active Microsoft billing issue.
I recommend:
- Verify that you are signed into Fortnite with the correct Epic Games account.
- Check the Subscriptions section in your Epic Games account to see whether Fortnite Crew is associated with a different platform. Epic states that Fortnite Crew must be managed through the platform where it was originally purchased.
- Review your Microsoft and payment account purchase history for any recent Fortnite Crew charges.
- If no active subscription exists on Microsoft's side, contact Epic Games Support and provide the screenshots showing that Game Pass has already expired and that Fortnite Crew is not listed under Microsoft subscriptions.
If you continue to be billed, please post a screenshot of the billing transaction (with personal information removed) showing the merchant and date of the charge, as that can help determine which platform is managing the subscription.
