Could you elaborate a bit on what has happened? In what way is the device deactivated?

If you are saying that your Microsoft subscription no longer works on the machine, you should be able to reactivate by signing in to Office again. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/sign-in-to-microsoft-365 .

I’m sorry this happened, especially since the device was deactivated by mistake.

The good news is that this normally does not disable the laptop itself. It only affects the Microsoft 365 apps on that device.

Open Word or Excel and sign in with the same personal Microsoft account linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription. This should reactivate the apps. You can also check your subscription and reinstall Microsoft 365 from the Services & subscriptions page if needed.

If Windows itself no longer allows you to sign in, or you see a specific “device disabled” message, please share the exact message or a screenshot with personal information hidden, as that would be a different issue.

I have the same issue. I accidentally deactivated a device while signed into "mysignins..." and now am unable to use the outlook app/program on my pc. Below is the screen from within mysignins and also what now appears when I open the outlook desktop program.
