Key program details available here:

The leaderboard recognizes Champions with sustained contributions over a rolling 12-month period.
Champions included on the leaderboard must have answered 60+ Azure Q&A threads in the past 12 months.
The leaderboard is updated monthly.
Customer satisfaction (CSAT) is considered where sufficient ratings exist.
Champions are described as quality stewards, moderators, and governance partners as Microsoft Q&A evolves toward AI-led answer experiences.
