battery charging

My laptop battery, click is on and its connected with laptop , but is not increasing the percentage of a battery

how can I solve this problem.

I am still using Windows 10 and I cannot updates or convert into a window 11.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Sleep and Power on, off

How old is your laptop/battery?

Go to powershell and type:

powercfg /batteryreport

battery-report.html will be created. Open it. Compare the Full Charge Capacity to the Design Capacity.

    I need one more help about about my update, I'm still using window 10 , but I want to update into window 11.

    So, how I can update my PC or laptop ?
