battery charging

My laptop battery, click is on and its connected with laptop , but is not increasing the percentage of a battery

how can I solve this problem.

I am still using Windows 10 and I cannot updates or convert into a window 11.

I use one more solution on the Microsoft app, that was on Microsoft comments.

so, I decide to do that method and my laptop is working properly and charging properly.

So, how I can update my PC or laptop ?

How old is your laptop/battery?

Go to powershell and type:

powercfg /batteryreport

battery-report.html will be created. Open it. Compare the Full Charge Capacity to the Design Capacity.
