With the e-mail account given by the school, I was going to use Microsoft 365 applications on my personal computer and use it to do my homework and presentations, but the account was not opened on my device, and the last time I opened it, I could not download and use office applications on my computer, so it asked me to first deactivate my account on my computer and then open it back with the instructions of the questions that were asked and answered here before, but after disabling my device, my computer was activated back. I couldn't, he was saying to contact your manager, but any IT technician of the university said that the problem was not related to them and they did not have the administrator permission, and even though I tried to activate it via Azure, I could not access and edit my projects and other documents because my device was disabled, please help me, thank you in advance.

    Hi @Wynn Estelle

To better understand the situation, could you clarify a few points?

    • When you mention that your device was disabled, are you referring to the Windows device being registered with your school's organization, or are you only trying to sign in to and activate the Microsoft 365 Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
    • Can you successfully sign in to Microsoft 365 on the web at https://www.office.com using your school account?
    • Could you verify what type of Microsoft 365 subscription or license your school has provided? For example, Microsoft 365 A1, A3, A5, etc. Check via https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions
Please note that A1 will not include Office desktop apps.
    • Are you receiving any specific error messages when attempting to activate Office? If yes, please provide the exact error message.

I look forward for your response.
