Hi Microsoft Support, I need urgent assistance with an issue regarding my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.

I have an active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, but my Microsoft Forms is still limited to 200 responses.

Here’s the issue:

  • My subscription under My Profile > Subscriptions shows Microsoft 365 Personal.
  • However, my Forms still shows the “Buy Microsoft 365” button at the top.
  • The form is still capped at 200 responses.
  • Once the limit is reached, users cannot submit responses and see: “The maximum number of responses is reached, please contact form owner to proceed.”

It appears that my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is not being properly recognized by Microsoft Forms.

Could you please check my subscription and Forms account and help resolve this urgently, as users are currently unable to submit responses?

Thank you.

I have Microsoft 365 Premium and on Forms, I have "Buy Microsoft 365" too.

Try to click on upper left icon with your image or initials (just like "PP" on the image above). Check if you are logged in and that you are using the same Microsoft account everwhere.

If everything looks fine, I would try with different browser or InPrivate window.

    Let me know.
