A fully managed platform in Microsoft Foundry for hosting, scaling, and securing AI agents built with any supported framework or model
when using the "Atlassian" Tools, I am unable to change the "Remote MCP Server endpoint", therefore I selected a Custom MCP Connection with the following links:
- Remote MCP Server endpoint: https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp/authv2
- Token URL: https://auth.atlassian.com/oauth/token
- Auth URL: https://auth.atlassian.com/authorize
- Refresh URL: https://auth.atlassian.com/oauth/token
These were originally recommended using some posts I've found regarding similar issues.
With these credentials, I was able to sign in to atlassian, but asking to call anything from Jira or Confluence gave me the error:
'ErrorAn error occurred invoking 'getAccessibleAtlassianResources': {'error':true,'message':'We couldn't verify your access. Reconnecting and signing in again may resolve this issue.'}. Troubleshooting guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/foundry/agents/how-to/tools/model-context-protocol'
